yo when u watch Megadeth video u talk about Megadeth,dont talk about metallica and all kind of shit talk no one gives a fuck about it. Rust in Peace is masterpiece, one of the best albums ever,lyrical,musical and in every way Marty Friedman is great guitar player,the best thing is the contrast between his style of playing and Dave's,like duet from hell,no religion,no shit,the dose of metal you need... MEGADETH

I'm not sure why anyone doesn't mention Friedman. He SHREDS with melodic flow like a flamenco player. His arpeggiated riffs sing almost as sweetly as Dave Gilmour (not quite). Oh, and Metallica sold out and pretty much ruined the band by kicking Mustaine out. His playing. . . PURE METAL. nuff said. . .peace

Dave wasn't just about speed. in my opinion, i think that Dave's flowed better Kirk is more about speed and all his solos are repetitive. they start to sound the same. and he uses way too many sound effects. i love Kirk Hammett and all, but i think Dave was more talented. and this is just my opinion.
