I remember this tune being played on pop radio and I thouhgt it sounded pretty groovy so bought the LP. I don't think the DJs had a clue whose music they were playing. I was in college at the time. It was the year of Sgt. Pepper and the transition to acid rock from the earlier stuff. I was a Blue Cheer fan.
