No matter what language you speak or don't speak, you know what the appropriate way to act is when Police approach or try to talk to you. That is the same in all countries. If he hadn't been subdued, and wildly attacked or killed a child, the same people who are complaining about the police now would be saying how negligent the police were for not capturing him. In some cases you just can't win. Ultimately, the Polish guy really called all the shots. Everything depended on his actions.

Hello! he was not even fully aware of what he was doing and did you forget he does not speak/understand English at all? So how the hell would he know how to act and what to do in that state of mind? and patience? Say what you want,"the police had no right to taze him cause he was calm" whatever...if i acted like that id expect to get tazed. It sucks he died sure, maybe he had a weak heart.
