Hellsingorg1, don't fret about being under 21. There is a world of difference between cooking with wine and actually drinking it. (Besides, the alcohol in the wine evaporates when cooked.)
Naturally, I don't recommend you buying the wine. You might want to send someone who can to buy it and then go ahead and cook with it. Just don't drink it. :)

I've only seen a few of your cooking videos so far but I love them and am hooked already! Not just for the delicious meal ideas and practical advice, but I think you make an excellent show host.
You exude a genuine love of good food and wine and the art of cooking. Keep posting, please!

Thanks for your help, I found the recipe. Next time your wife does a cooking video, have her let your kids come out and sample the food. Not the wine! Kids always bring fun when they are on camera.
