what would provide better graphics performance? two ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2's in crossfire, or three NVIDIA GTX 280's in SLI?

OOOOOOOooooo shit lol my bad. Nah i read it wrong...my mistake. Nah i know what Radeons are too as a matter of fact, no research is needed :). I used to have a Radeon X1300..and i know that radeons go from normal 9200 9800 stuff like that then they go into the X series...starting at 1000 again or whatever. STILL THOUGH! lol :P!, he needs a new gfx card....bad heh.
H31MU7 (July 29, 2008 at 4:52 pm)
Dude seriously... you might not know that you're talking about a 9 series NVIDIA card. His card is a Radeon 9200 from ATi. That card is equivalent to maybe an nVidia FX 5200... Do your research :P
Bansheeflyr (July 29, 2008 at 5:30 am)
Dude seriously...you probably bought the most gimped card out there right now. Supposing to be in the 9 series....the 9200 is a poor mans REDUCED LOW FAT SKIM version of the 9800...making my 8800 GTS able to kick its ass out of the park with any game out there.
