Indeed, vast parts of Warsangali Country is where the oil is but its not limited only there. I can assure you that Bari and Sool has as much as Warsangalis Country Oil resource. I think the locals should rise and look after their intrest.Warsangali had long slept on the development of their land every since the colloapse of the central goverment. this is why Hargaisa and Bosasso are ahead because the native Warsangali never invested in their own land.
