What an unforgiving game. If someone can possibly beat this game on the first try with no cheats they deserve a gold medal.

Oh man! As a kid, I could only get the knight and wizard to the fortress, and when I reached monolith maze, I was quite unhappy, with the design of the final monolith maze. I didn't think it was possible without the thief at all. (never made it through with thief or monster) Man, I could use a few detailed maps (Not ascii style) of these levels to help out.

It's speed run... Luck manipulation and such. Look it up, no cheats.

yeah, the box art looked the same as Dragon Quest and Dragon Ball Z.

OMG my mom got this for me at a garage sale back in 1994~. What a cool game it was but I always lost on the first level.

u need to try the last level, thats y the game sucks. its not the monoliths blocking your path that makes the level hard, its the fact that you r a huge target and no matter how many shields you obtain from the previous levels, once u brought all the characters to the last level, a glitch or something makes it so in like 6 hits, your dead. this game has a fuckin ridiculous difficulty curve and the last level, again, fucks it all up

it might be the japanese or european version

King's Knight was released in the US. In fact, I have that game for my NES. But no one in my family has ever beat it. |
