I think in this particular style, two points for taking your oppenent to the mat, two to three points for exposing your opponents back to the mat, two points for a reversal (taking control of your opponent when they had control of you) and one point for escaping from your opponent and achieving a neutral position. Points can also be awarded for stalling and for other penalties.

you sexiest clowns are a joke. I coached a team last season with a girl. I was lucky to see a girl's tournament. Those beautiful, talented young ladies scrap with the best of them. I forget opinions are like assholes too many. I love to watch the woman just as much as the guys and there is not much difference!! I love it to see that a girl can pin a guy. It's a good wake up call to work harder for there next opponent!!! Great grappling for both Lani and the oung guy!!!

Yes, it is total humiliation to get owned by a girl. But if a guy is too "delicate" to take it, and needs counseling he shouldn't be allowed on the team. Let him be the manager for the girls basketball team or play soccer.
