As much as was possible, we used the original lyrics to the songs (this was indeed a retropective). The San Francisco gay community was well represented in the cast, and none of them were offended. I think sometimes we (artists) tend to be a bit too P.C. - JB, Producer of "Simply Sondheim"

DO they still say the word fag in this song? It seems that lyric was changed some time ago....There is the "drag" rhyme...or the "go away/happened to be gay" thing....
