i only really say that because i've done similar things with still images(im a photography student). obviously the methodology would be a bit different from still to video but its a similar concept. mostly its just about keeping what your trying to match as simple as possible and most of the shots here are pretty straight forward. i'll admit that there are always problems but with the amount of shots they're working with they can get away with a bit more cuz it moves so fast

for some reason the practice and theory of this dont add up... theres really too many variables to cap on here but your methods get through most of it theres just some things that cant be done easily

well considering its the same person in most of the shots and the posture consists of "stand up straight" i couldn't see it being that hard. the angle is straight on so all you would have to do is level the camera and raise it until you were just below the top of his head. that or mark the tripod as to where it should be and line it up. the hardest shot i think to get right is the one where hes on the ground. maybe where hes sitting at the table too but the rest would be relatively easy
