Bill doesn't cut himself I went to one of their concerts & got to go backstage! I was hangin with him & just talkin I also got to be right next to him & he has absolety NO SCARS plus everytime I hugged him I still didn't see ANY SCARS! He's to good for that & he really happy & optimstic =D he would never!!
