first of all you should make the video fullscreen then print screen,i tried and it seems pretty good, if you still cant work it out i can send the pic to ur email.

No problem, when I do that it usually comes out the size it is on the screen and I can make it a little bigger (using Photoshop) with no real difference... well - I hope you find it. You could try searching sunset or something on a variety of search engines but yeah... shutting up now XD

iv tried it and it always comes out really small. if i expand it the picture becomes less sharper. thanks for your help though

You could print screen this site and select the picture in paint or photoshop or something I guess...
