In the song Waltzing Matilda, the billy bong was this sort of pot that was like a teapot back in the old days and people would fill the billy bong with water. Danny's reference as to filling the bong... BILLY"BONG" is a sexual reference to the joke that he's making. He basically means gay sex ... if ya know what i mean! Filling the Bong! I can't get any clearer than that! Hope you understand mate!
