How do you put something in place to oversee the overseers? And who would regulate them? Its a vicious cycle. Bottom line.. we need a fresh start. Our Government was corrupted long ago by men who aren't even alive anymore. It should be dismantled and redone. If.. they dont seize the world prior to that.

We need a civilian-run agency that keeps tabs on and antagonizes military/government agencies. Their activities would include surveillance, intelligence gathering and covert operations. I think we have reached the point in our nation where we can no longer trust anything our government tells us and we need to increase their fear of us. Is this our nation or theirs?
