Showin my age here, but truth is at the end of the day its where ya heads at that counts, straight world was straight then just like now, music, drugs, whatever is all icing on the cake, you get cool in ya head and you're sorted, thats a timeless space bro . . . the doors of perception didn't vanish cos the 60's ended, no point in pining for time gone by, its here and now, always was.
