wilbo, you're an arrogant ass. I'd wager there's a great deal of Americans who are and will always be way smarter than you'll ever be.

there's some clever joke to be had here concerning onions and anions...

I'm just now reading more into Milo Wolff's WSM theory. I came across it a couple of years ago actually and decided to further educate myself before forming any kind of opinion on WSM. Personally I can't say he is, without a doubt, right/correct, but it's nice to see someone exploring alternative theory. I've stumbled upon WSM because I have a problem with the common acceptance of the big bang model and the redshift explaination taken as total fact. *Wish I had more room and time to write.*

Interesting question. What is happening here is at a time scale much shorter (by a factor of about 2000) than the period of oscillation of the intense laser field. Under these "dynamics" the electron appears stationary, and light is not really behaving as a wave, but a chain of photons - it is the number of photons per unit time (which is the energy of the laser field) that determine the fringe spacing, and the ionisation conditions between electron and nucleus.

amazing and what is inside the electron? It just goes on and on

why can't we see the Dopler effect (the phase shifts and stuff ....) ?

This is incredible, just like a micro universe with galaxies, planets, stars and life into it.
I could cry, Just what carl sagan said

instead of being rude to people , can you explain this video please ? of all the explications that have been already said, i haven't found one that can REALLY explain why does the electron look like this . thanks IF you reply

can people please stop posting these shallow oversimplistic views. Here's an idea instead of pretensiously spewing speculation how about you do some reading a research 1st. This particular bit a mindless whimsey seems to be quite prevalent amoung people who are obliviouse to the past 200 years of reasearch and test.PLease god please tell your friends that the macroscopic and the microspopic are not the same damn thing, saturn in not in a drop of watter. let it rest please! |
