pilots use the ils in both cases. they used in good weather and in bad weather. its better to use the ils at night and in bad weather. sometimes pilots use it in good weather and if they are not famillier with the airport

they use ILS to make sure they are bang on with the glideslope and localiserm they usually keep it on autopilot until about 1500 ft hope that helps

Guys, is it necessary to use the ILS even though the weather is crystal clear? Or they only use it when they can't see clearly? Reply me.

lol. Your switching them off as well as transponder JUST AFTER vacating the runway. Proceeding the checklist ;) they did it about.. minute after vacating or so ;)
