Such an innovator, and sadly, so grossly underrated. Kovacs was a true individual. There were none and will never be anyone like him.

The piano player was Jack Lemmon.

No, it's solfeggio, do, re, mi, fa, so, etc. like in The Sound of Music. Revolutionary! Done before a live audience, this stuff just killed them!

I agree...WTF is wrong with people today when that is considered "awesome" or even worth sending. It must have been very boring back then. I wonder if suicide rates were high?

Fair enough. You're certainly entitled to your opinion...and the flu simile is pretty funny.
But I would like to point out that Kovacs was a huge influence on many modern comedians...including Wierd Al, who I notice you have favourited.
In that way, at least, you have to admit the guy deserves respect...

unfunny. looks and feels like a lonely nightmare while having a bad flu.

Chimps, Gorillas - who the hell cares? They're PEOPLE IN GORILLA MASKS AND FUNNY HATS, not a Spike Lee film.
I don't think that there ever a whit of racial prejudice or intent to insult ANY ethnic group. But some people just gotta see it everywhere - like religious goons that see sin everywhere except in their own house. |
