Anton Corbjin directed this, I assume? I really love this video. It's very experimental, like a spooky indie short. I aspire to creat films similar to Anton's. Clean is one of Depeche Mode's best, for sure. The strong, rhythmatic synth drum beat really astounds me, just so haunting. An element within the melody somehow compliments the straight-forwardness of the lyrics, I don't know why. He's fucking clean, and that's all there is to it. The cleanest he's been :) This is just pure genius.

ummm.....early industrial. not that this is really worth looking into. this is pretty much one of the best bands from that period.
