Commodore 64 boy band song (Comic Bakery)

This is probably our most famous tune, and probably the one most far away from our usual style---which is rock music. This tune is an "off the mill" boy band song about love to our beloved C64. At one point we figured "What c64 tune would be great if interpreted as a boy band song?" The answer was Comic Bakery written by Martin Galway.

If I remember correctly, Martin Galway (Comic Bakery composer) and Johnathan Dunn (Jurassic Park NES composer) were coworkers at Ocean after Ocean acquired Imagine, the studio that ported Comic Bakery over to the C64. Dunn liked the Comic Bakery theme and arranged a version of it for Jurassic Park NES. I thought the same thing when I first heard it.

Martin Galway composed the videogame music for a title called 'Comic Bakery'. These guys remixed it with today's modern toys, added a Backstreet Boyx like video, there you go :-)

No, Jurrasic Park is from 1993. Comic Bakery is from 1984. So it must be the other way around :)

its funny i found this song looksing for a local bakery in a nearby town that makes sourdough bread. to see if they have some vids here. i found this catchy song and looked at it as i like and still have a c64.

The tune comes from the loading screen of a Commodore 64 game, but it's not played on the Commodore 64. For the original C64 version search Youtube for "Comic Bakery Commodore 64 Loader Tune" posted by gdreyband.
