Memory foam that has been compressed before packaging vs. memory foam that has been vacuum "sucked" and then packaged.
Open cells can be a little stubborn. Some mfgs. tell you to walk on your mattress to force them open.
Compressing the mattress, at the factory, is called cracking the mattress and it does no harm, it actually forces the cells open for you.
Vacuuming, on the other hand, CAN have the effect that you see with the young lady in her video titled "Costco Memory Foam-Does It Work?

I'm not sure what you mean by a natural memory foam mattress. Memory foams are mainly made of polyurethane - and that is what this mattress is made of. There are a few new ones incorporating natural ingredients. The one "green" memory foam I've seen uses agriculturally derived ingredients that replaces some of the polyurethane.
