If they hadn't mentioned it in the making of I wouldn't have recognized Ten Forward.

Meaty story, good production though the reuse of the engineeering set and the Presidents office from TNG was lame, the steely look and colors are great.

The one with the most intelligent story!

Klingons, obvious cold war symbolism, a Romulan being devious (as per)..I can only imagine what fans/the viewing public thought when they first saw this trailer. 3

Seriously. It was the best looking Trek. ANd Chang was almost as good as Khan. Well, not really, a distant second but great nontheless.

Definitely... esp when compared to Part V.
This definitely had a mellow yet 'Star Trek' feel.

Nick Meyer has such a great eye. Some very artistic shots in this film.

I say it truly needed Jerry Goldsmith. It would of been great to hear in glory the Klingon theme. It was tooooo dark and somber the music. Except the spelling out of the names. this film really needed a pro like Jerry to pull it off.

I thought the score was very well done, and the only reason it didn't feel that important, was because TNG had several seasons out already which portayed the Federation and Klingon Empire as allies, so you already know how the movie goes |
