500 chars: I saw it as a girl who wanted to show everyone that their silly parties and conflicts (or jobs and relationships) are pointless in comparison to all that the world (or the Universe) has in store. Not that she feels she is smarter or more "enlightened", but that, by living in their little party world and pulling her into pointless conflict, they are keeping HER from experiencing the universe as she sees it. This is what she wishes she could do to make them realize. Just how i saw it
