it is correct that the amount of fat is not a great indicator of physical fitness. however since theyr in weight classes, it would be very desirable to have low body fat. fat cannot do a great deal DURING the fight, however muscle cells are extremely useful and can be utilized very effectively. however my question to anyone whos reading this is was this a factor in the fight? thank you

the amount of fat under the skin of a mans body is not gonna determine the level of ones fitness, sometimes having a bit of fat can be of great advantage like punching force and absorbing damage, but yeh.. volk was obviously tired and worned out.. lol, great fight!

The "black guy" has a name. It's Remy Bonjasky. And yes, I do think physical conditioning was a factor. Atajev needs to lose the love handles.

Great fight! Both fighters had alot of heart but the black guy did a great job of using the right roundhouse kick to the lower body and mid torso. Also the black guy was in amazing physical shape. Do you think physical conditioning was a factor in this fight? reply to my comment
