Really like it! A great new band to check out is JUST FUZZ - they play Clapham Grand on Friday 5 September (tickets Feed Me Music). Seen em play Dublin Castle, Camden and they are AWESOME live.

Stuck in bloody chicken town!!!

hahahahaha
i meant it in a lighthearted "i feel sorry for you" kind of laaaaaaaaaaaaaame. not a "i hate you and i'm judging you" kind of lame.
yeah. i've given up on the radio cuz even the stations that play oldies still play the same 8 songs all day.

Very simple really. No Joy Division = no Killers, Interpol, Editors etc. No Killers, Interpol, Editors = no difference really, just a whole bunch of other groups to fill their place copying other sounds. Not to take anything away from those bands, but many bands wouldn't exist without Joy Division. That's real influence (and JD might not have existed without the Sex Pistols. . .).

It's not really my fault. I've always been open with music. I live in a place where everyone around me feeds off 'baseline' and 'grime'... the radio plays nothing but rubbish and the same goes for MTV. |
