No but this song has the EXACT piano melody from the song by Janet Jackson. It's a multilayered piece of audio that is exactly the same. I could put that part of the track next to the Janet Jackson song and match them identically.

u don't need permission if its not exactly the same...sometimes producers give up rights to portions of their songs...american producers do it all the time...there is not 1 song out that doesnt contain elements from another...still a good song...
