I have Zune 2.3, and I keep getting the 'Zune-x86.msi" file missing thing when I try to download the 2.5 software.. D:

No idea - if you're seeing the Marketplace tab, that means the Zune software thinks you're in the USA...as for why it wouldn't show you videos, that's the first I've heard of that.

I think, I hope, that's something they're going to add later. They sure need to in order to compete with the iPod! And they need to make it compatible with the Xbox Live purchases as well.
