I lost my parents at a young age. Wow, this song really brought back alot of deep feelings. I had never heard it. You had me, but I never had you. I will remember that quote until I am lying in a grave at my funeral with people telling me their final goodbye. "GOOOODBYE"- JL

I first heard this song on a Gary Oldman movie years ago ... I've listened to it tonight to see if its any easier to listen to as I have gotten older but it hasn't - I just do not share John's pain with this song as my childhood was completely different ..which makes his childhood pain more prounonced when I listen ... a very painful song to listen to... |
