we never sent anything to another galaxy... nothing travels faster than the speed of light... and the nearest STAR system is 40 lightyears away, that means it would probably take 200 years before our signals reaches there... that means itll take thousands of years before it reaches other galaxies... Its basic math.

the fact that universe is endless and GROWING means that there are an endless amount of galaxies simillar or maybe exactly the same as ours along with an endless amount of liveable planets like earth, so there are probably some that had evolutions start on them like 700000 0000000 0000000 years before us.
