I was at the office alone at 2am, nobody in the building watching youtube videos on ghost footage videos. Had the headphones on, loud, watching one 'surveillance' video when the ghost pops up screaming at the end. Nearly crapped myself.

I did this to my friend's grandmother when I was in grade four and she backflipped out of the chair. No joke, she was Romanian. And didn't speak English.
