The AMEA All-State Junior High band plays a great march called the Chimes of Liberty composed by Edwin Franko Goldman and arranged by Calvin Custer. We only had one day to practice together and we were really tired by performance time, but I think we did a pretty good job. There are a few parts that are a little sloppy. I played trombone by the way. Conductor: Bill Richardson

NO idea on the band size. It's within my state, and I was chosen for first chair. My new trumpet is a Yamaha Custom Xeno. Very good sound, not the best, but it will get me through high school and college!

What kind of trumpet? I think Conn and Bach make some of the best trumpets. What's your band size? The size of this band was around 130 with about 22-24 trumpets.

I'm excited. I was chosen for first chair and this is one of our pieces! It's a very energetic piece. I LOVE it. I'm kinda nervous to be first chair, btw, i'm an eigth grade trumpet player. On the bright side I just got a brand new trumpet, so it will be broken in by May! Good job!
