I think, what we should be asking is:
Why is our moon the ONLY moon in the hwole galaxy, which NEVER spins ? Why is teh dark side ALWAYS DARK ?
NO planet and NO other moon, behave as OUR moon does ! Why ?
Why does it go around us 365 a year, in EXACTLY the same way as we go around the sun 365 times a year? Why not 100? or 1000?
Without this moon, the tides would not flow, and water would become stagnant. If it went ANY faster, it would fly into space. Any slower, it wud hit us !
