As far as I can work out this is a rough translation William Shakespeare certainly thought ... And anacrosticamente; curious that nobody had noticed first-... say, we certainly thought, grandchildren and admirers of Uncle Bruce (Bruce uncle), when he wrote "wonder-wounded hearers."
