replace the youtube with voobys on the url of this video and it will take you to a site where you press DOWNLOAD another window will pop up giving the option to open or save it click SAVE put what ever you want with .flv at the end of the file name u picked on the end and once its downloaded get a video converter from .flv to mp4 or mpeg off google and bobs your uncle!
