tai chi is awesome,if nobody has tried it then i suggest you do one you get into the flow of it,it makes you feel great, you can actualy feel the heat in your hands, the longer you do it the hotter it gets,oh and all the little cracks and pains and aches in your body start to go away

lol it was late.. I mean Switzerland and Germany.

Thanks KlausBeckEwerhardy, he is not cosmopolitan. Swiss and German are two different Countries. FR33D13 ist so ein möchtegern Experte. Als ob er bei jeder zu Hause kontrollieren könnte, wieviel einer Tai Ji macht...

now how would I down load this one?

another translation for taijiquan is supreme ultimate fist, and it is very definately for combat as well as to strengthen the body and mind. many taiji boxers in the past were famous for being undefeated in life-or-death fights in the past, one of the major reasons that taiji boxing became the most widely practiced martial art in the world, with something like 500 million practicioners, although most practice it for its health benefits alone, and many are even unaware of it's martial application

Ah, by the way, Fairylia is not German but Swiss - which is quite different.
