Leeds's "prosperity" is all due to the government's stupid policy of core cities which, instead of trickling prosperity down to the surrounding areas, actually sucks prosperity away. Leeds's wealth is an illusion.

I left Bradford for 1 year, they had torn down buildings and were ready to rebuild and 1 yr later i got back to bradford and its still the same. They cant afford to build, everything goes to Leeds
