Mike Gravel (degree in economics from Columbia University) who is very much still in the Presidential race. He wants to legalize and regulate drugs, bring us alternative energy (windmills, maglev trains), off oil and gas in 5 years, carbon in 10, decrease military expenditures of $500 billion per year, repeal income tax for fair tax, provide health care - gravel2008 us His National Initiative would allow people to become lawmakers.
