It may be warranted here, but obstruction of justice is such a bs crime. The government can pretty much charge you with it if you don't help them or do anything they don't like in relation to a case.They are trying to charge someone I know for telling a potential suspect/witness that they have the right to have an attorney. Thats scary. You can't tell people their rights anymore? Better start arresting high school civics teachers.

I shall try to "school you" without resorting to name calling, something that you are seemingly incapable of. Violence by definition is the exertion of force so as to injure or abuse. Poisoning someone, therefore, is not a violent method for murder and it can be painless, depending on the type of poison used.

Oh Really... I did know that! Serial murders are only a subclass of murderers. Also, some of the most successful serial killers were women who used poison to kill their victims. Female murders who usually use nonviolent means are more likely to get away with their crimes. |
