What would happen if one or some of these weapons was aimed at a skyscraper? Could it cause it to fail? What would it be like inside? Would it make you think about jumping?

Bloody horrific... Satan could not dream up anything more antithetical to humanity... as Jacob Bronowski said, "I beseech you, in the bowels of Christ, think it possible you may be mistaken."

microwave energy excites water molecules and raises their temp, burning is a secondary result of the water being boiled off and the dry area combusting due to the residual heat. burning would be local to the absorbtion area defined by the beam width and standing wave area. the mthel beam weapon is a chemical lasing device which could equally cause the results alleged here.

sounds like a microwave weapon, but that doesnt really make sense. cos the rest of their bodys would of been burnt

During the invasion of Panama, Operation Just Cause, in 1989, U.S. Infantry encountered American personal in sterile black fatigues all ready on the ground..Although there were eyewitness accounts from U.S.personnel of civilians displaying "strange" wounds, doctors described unexplained trauma; typically clean, cauterized, circular entry wounds to the head, no exit wounds, and complete liquifyng of brain tissue. These parallel Iraqi accounts, especially in regard to civilian victims.

"Lazer" is actually "Laser," and it's an acronym for "Light Amplification by Stimulation Emission of Radiation."
