Yep, that's Herbie Hancock composition an 1962 recording when he was with Blue-Note Records Records, It under the ablum the title Takin-Off. Then he re-do the song in 1973 which is slow funk, RB Groove feel when he was with Sony Records. The Album Title is Headhunters another best-seller ablum when he was at Sony.
