Adolescente morto a tiros em Bangu

RIO - Ocupantes de um carro mataram com vários tiros, o adolescente Jorge Felipe Resende da Silva, 17 anos, em Bangu, Zona Oeste. O rapaz foi rendido por dois homens, na Rua Maravilha. Os criminosos fizeram os disparos e fugiram. Policiais do 14º BPM (Bangu) acreditam que a vítima tenha sido morta por traficantes de drogas que atuam na região.

Mortes em confronto aumentam 10,8% no Rio
RIO - O Instituto de Segurança Pública do Rio de Janeiro divulgou nesta sexta-feira estudo sobre os índices de criminalidade no Estado referente ao mês de maio. Segundo a pesquisa, a ocorrência de autos de resistência, mortes em confronto, aumentou 10,8% desde janeiro, em comparação ao mesmo período do ano passado. Foram 2,649 mortes em 2008 contra 2,586 mortes em 2007.

FRAMINGHAM- A Brazilian couple ran an illegal cosmetic surgery clinic from a condominium basement, sedating patients with prescription drugs in order to perform illegal cosmetic surgeries.
Their shaddy business unraveled Sunday night after the death of a young Brazilian woman and the hospitalization of another after they underwent liposuction in the makeshift basement clinic on a massage table covered with sheets.

These couple thought they were in Brasil, doing shaddy work and killing.
