All kittens do that when they r relaxed. It's something that they learn when they r suckling their mother's. They 'make biscuits' while suckling, to stimulate the milk flow at the nipple.

Yay! Mythbusters in the background! My cat does that to my pillow :) its really cute lol, but it really hurts when they do it to you! Awwe such cute cats!
