Are there any women who live in London, capable of teaching me how to pole dance. I think it's a great way to boost someone's confidence and self esteem. Plus it would help me loose the punds. Maybe, although it need to be pointed out that the short shorts and sleveless tops are nessecary- you need to be able to grip the pole with your legs and arms (and oftem stomache) which means you need the skin bare. Trying to poedance in a jumper would be like sprinting in a full lenght skirt
