Clip of President Bush's famous May 1, 2003 speech on the deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln (aircraft carrier). Standing below an enormous "MISSION ACCOMPLISHED" banner (not visible in this clip, but visible in others and in millions of pictures available on the web), Bush announced that major combat operations in Iraq had ended, and that the US was victorious in the "Battle of Iraq." This will no doubt go down in history the most elaborate and misleading presidential re-election publicity stunt in US history. At taxpayer expense. I have searched for this video to do some trolling and to laugh at Bush to be honest. But I have changed my mind. A lot of men and women ( iraqis and GIs ) have lost their lives since this day. I think it`s a very sad video :(

It's hard to see the strings on this puppet, you really have to squint your eyes to see them. This jackass put on a flight suit and posed with troops like he was Tom Cruise in Top Gun the day prior to this pathetic speech. Compare the number of dead from 03/20/03 to 05/01/03 to 05/01/03 to today. I guess the word quagmire still isn't understood by the masses.
