thanks! I am gonna check it out but this isn't what I meant.. cause it doesn't ring that bell- there was a nother band/project right after they split and I don't know which one of the two guys it was.. but thanks anyway :)

The "band" is MSTRKRFT, and they are beyond good, but don't expect them to sound like DFA1979. Mstrkrft is more electro-house, and most of their records are remixes. Worth a listen thou, if your not the type to limit your music to "genre"

This song was named "Black History Month" do to the fact that it was written in February. Looking into the lyrics of the song to find some type of connotation to the name of this particular song is useless, there is none.
