This is sad, but slanted by the media. Look at ALL the other people in the waiting room? What happened to chivalry? Not a single person in there did anything. Who knows if there was anybody even stationed at the front desk or "camera room". Those people should have called for help. They failed.

this shit makes me fukin mad how can u just walk by someone and see them dyin and not help them. that hospital needs to be shut down i cant stop cryin right now that was someones love one.

well its our damn medical situation.. they have to file alll there damn paperwork before they can start anything... like in the movies when some lady is about to have a baby and they make her give them her information and stuff before she gets a room

The Pocono Medical Center Emergency Room In East Stroudsburg , Pa. is worse. They have a sadistic male nurse there that harrasses and torments patients in order to amuse the girls he works with.

this is just horrible
i really dont get it
like, these people have went through years of medical training and then a patient collapses and i'm not a doctor but i highly doubt it said in their books "if a patient collapses,leave him/her on the floor"
god these people are fucking payed to save people, not that i'm accusing all doctors and nurses.

staff should've attended to her, and the patients/visitors could've at least called to staff to come and help her. there are 12 guilty people in this story. dr. got fired, and nurse and security got suspended w/possibility of getting fired.

the black people in the room were NOT staff, they're in street clothes. if you watch this vid shown by the today show, you see white dr., 2 security guards walk in and walk away, then a nurse comes in & instead of checking for a pulse, she kicks the woman's foot for a response. but like i posted on that vid, 12 people came in & out of that waiting room and not one of them lifted a finger to help her. this wasn't racism, this was neglegence by staff, & lack of compassion by patients/visitors.

This is far fetched, and obsurd! I happen to be white, and from south georgia, where everyone sais that white people are quote "rednecks"). I would risk my life to save another, no matter the race! All of this racism needs to stop! Black and white alike! Its not a matter of color! WE ARE ALL THE SAME! We all get up in the morning and put on our pants the same way! We all have feelings! Im sick of everyone waisting their time w/ this shit. |
