Well you see this is what happened: We gave him a 96 million dollar contract. For the next 3 years he was frequently injured and many times stayed on the ground "wincing" in pain. After he asked for a trade he said he was never going to dunk anymore. In the games before the trade it was obvious he was not trying hard and averaged career lows.He also admitted in an interview that he became spoiled because of his talent and did not work as hard in past years. This thing blew way out of proporation

what I don't get is why Vince is hated so much more than T-Mac. At least Vince signed and wanted to stay here until Bobcack started drafting Arujo. Remember those guys? Why wouldn't he want to leave. T-mac just straight up played T.O. And it was stupid Bobcock that traded him away for the privilege of paying Alonzo to go away ($10mil i think) and Joey Graham. Until the knee injury, Vince had NEVER missed a game in High school, college or the NBA.

As for chris not bein in toronto during the summer.......who in their right would wanna chill in another country(let alone city) during your summer!?!? heck, if i was making 10% of what chris makes playin for a u.s. city , i wouldnt stay there! id go back to toronto (cuz thats my home! - and likewise texas is chris')..........so that argument was baseless to say the least.
