Its a sad fact that you can play can't be stopped because of the pitch, no matter of its quality.Luckly the fa are looking into this problem.
I'm sure if you google 'pitch quaity rules' you will find somthing.

After a full month, nobody has bothered to answer my question. The field was clearly substandard and the ball hit a divot and rolled over the goalie's foot. Why isn't Croatia blamed for a horrible playing field?
