And the FACT is that I pay $9,400 a year in property taxes for my very moderate house, most of which is for a school system that I don't use. I don't leech off anything. I pay my taxes and don't get a dime in government benefits, so don't lecture me about paying my share. I do, and then some. When you stop spewing your hatred against whole groups of people you don't know the first thing about, I'll take your arguments seriously.

When you and your ilk stop leeching off the American welfare system and actually show some respect towards the United States of America, maybe you won't incite such venom from those who are forced to pay your share of the tax burden.

If you're going to be a hateful bigot, at least have the first clue what you're talking about. Many Hassidim don't even recognize the state of Israel and none fly the Israel flag in their Yeshivas. There's also a well known and undisputed Jewish law called "Dina Malchusa Dina" which means that secular laws must be obeyed. I'm not saying everyone does obey the law, but get a clue before spewing your anti-Semitic trash.

An open plea to my neighbors: Be who you are, believe what you want, vote for whom you want. But STOP trying to shirk your tax reponsibility to this community. Your tax evasion is bringing down the quality of our community and the value of our houses. Oh, did I say OUR??? YES, WE LIVE HERE TOO.

They also believe that they don't have to obey laws created by "gentiles." The last incident in Ramapo involving them prove that: A cop was fired and publicly humiliated by St. Low-rents for arresting a hasidic woman for welfare fraud and taking her mug shot.
