the meaning to the song couldnt be further away from racism, they're showing they're admiration for the blacks sticking up for themselves in the 70's hence the lyrics; 'white riot i want a riot of my own' and 'Black man gotta lot a problems But they don't mind throwing a brick White people go to school Where they teach you how to be thick'

Well punk is inside R´n´R world. There´s no doubt The Exploited is not Buddy Holly but them both are Rock... and Punk began with Iggy Pop and RAMONES so the sound is made in USA, but I agree with you about Punk way of life and think is british ;)
